Why is my Keypad beeping?

If your DSC alarm keypad from us is beeping. Please press *2 on the keypad and note the number on the top edge of the screen. If 3 is showing check your phone line to see if it is operating. If it is 1, 5,6 or 7 Press that number and make a note of the number showing on the top edge of the screen for 1 or the large number that appears. and contact us with that information

My Phone Number changed

If you or one of the people on your contact call tree has changed or number has changed please contact us so we can update your information.

If you or your business is going to drop your landline or switch to a VOIP phone system please contact us so we can ensure your service will be uninterrupted.

How to Return a Medical Alert?

When returning a medical alert system, please include the powered off base unit and necklace/wristband (for landline systems) or the necklace and charger (for GPS systems). Medical alert equipment can either be dropped off or mailed to:

Do I need a Landline?

No, Your Alarm System or Medical alert can be monitored using a 4G LTE Cellular Communicator. Cellular monitor is much more reliable as it is independent of physical phone lines and is powered from the System so it will run off the backup power during a power outage. If you are going to end your Landline service, Please Contact us for solutions.

Are VOIP lines supported?

Unfortunately, they are not. We do however have cellular modules that can be added to most systems to allow for monitoring. This includes the availability of UL Certified cellular communicators for Fire Alarm panels.

You to get app alerts from your video system on your phone depending on the recorder and cameras you have. Assisting with these setups is not included in a typical installation and can be subject to service charges to assist in configuring. Motion or AI alerts.
